The seed of the Cannabis plant is one of natures most perfectly balanced foods. It contains a near perfect balance of the Omega 3 and Omega 6 Essential Fatty acids. A diet rich in EFAs helps boost the immune system and greatly reduces the chance of becoming ill. Cannabis seeds also contain all eight essential amino acids and easily digestible protein.

Fibre
The stem of the Cannabis plant consists of an outer cortex of 'Bast Fibres' surrounding a soft inner hurd. The Bast Fibres produce the strongest, most durable, long lasting natural fibres in the plant kingdom. These can be spun into twines or woven into cloth or fine paper. The hurds, which have a very high cellulose content, can be pulped to make paper or mixed with lime to make a building material stronger, lighter and more durable than concrete. The cellulose can also be used to make a wide range of highly durable, lightweight nontoxic plastics.

Fuel
Because Hemp grows so rapidly it is one of the highest yielders of 'Biomass'. Biomass can be easily converted into eco-friendly solid, liquid and gas fuels.
In' 1941 Henry Ford launched a car built using Hemp fibres and fuelled on Hemp Ethanol.

Medicine
The flowers of the Hemp plant produce resins that have numerous therapeutic applications for the treatment of various illnesses including Glaucoma, Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Chronic pain, and stress.
